  • 125 ml Coconut Water
  • 125 ml Almond Milk, Unsweetened
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Whey Protein
  • ½ cup Frozen Blue Berries
  • 1 tbsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp  Chia Seeds

Method
 

  1. Blend all the ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth and serve.
