Egg Omelette + Dosa with Chuttney

Ingredients
  

  • 180 gm Idli Dosa Batter
  • 2 Whole Eggs
  • 1 Olive Oil Spray
  • 1 Chopped tomato
  • ½ Chopped Onion
  • 1 tbsp Chopped Green Chillies
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste

Method
 

  1. Pour dosa batter to the bowl.
  2. Spray oilve oil to a non-stick pan
  3. Pour Dosa Batter to the pan and cook both sides.
  4. Make 2 such Dosas
  5. Cut tomatoes and onions to small pieces.
  6. Break 2 full eggs to a bowl and mix it with the veggies, salt , pepper and green chillies.
  7. Make an omelette on the pan.
  8. Serve dosa with mint/tomato chuttney and omellette.
